Abigail hits it out of the park in all of the criteria for good real estate agents! We were buying a house while we were out of state, and during COVID restrictions. She was flexible, attentive to our needs, readily available to provide resources. She helped us to find lenders, housing inspectors and a housing attorney. She FaceTimed tours of houses we were considering. She made awesome to-do checklists that helped me stay on task. And she even provided excellent options for painting contractors (one of whom we hired to paint the house after closing). Abigail is outgoing and enjoys people. She's invested in seeing a good match between home buyer and house. Abigail loves what she does and it shows.
